Brahmarishis Hermitage is a sadhana marga. Initiated meditators are guided to Sadhana Pada where sampoorna dhyana is taught step by step.

Sadhana Pada was uniquely designed by Shri Devatmananda Shamballa, to help meditators experience higher stages of samadhi easily. It is typically suited for busy modern day lives. Positivisation, Yoga asanas, Surya Namaskar, Kriyas, Pranayama, advanced meditative techniques are the main components of sampoorna dhyana.
